The Island has been in business for more than fifteen years. They offer four different types of rooms including 4 Sea View bungalows, 16 Deluxe bungalows, 16 Superior bungalows with air-condition and 18 with electric fan.
The premise is pleasantly shaded by tropical almond and coconut trees, some of which are more than 50 years old, giving the resort a serene atmosphere and making it a perfect place for vacation. The bungalows with its roof made from dried grass gives a nice modern touch. Every bungalow has been refurbished to have its own private balcony, some facing the garden and others the sea. In the rooms are air conditioners, televisions which can receive both local and international channels, telephones, powder table and private bathrooms with water heaters.
Guests can enjoy breakfast at the Veranda Restaurant and a barbeque dinner on the beach. If not, there is still a variety of Thai food and Western food to select from. Also, the Veranda Bar has many kinds of juices and cocktails to offer while guests enjoy the ocean view. Every afternoon the Bali Thai Spa offers a treatment service for the skin, a Bali technique of healing consisting of aromatherapy, Thai massage and facial and body shape treatment.
Al’s Hut has been opened for two years, and the resort consists of 32 bungalows: 20 with electric fans and 12 with air conditioners. Every room has a water heater, refrigerator and a television. The resort is surrounded by trees and the earth tone Thai-styled bungalows which blend in with nature perfectly, the ideal place to relax and restore your health.
The Bay Pavilion is a seaside restaurant and pub which serves variety of food and drinks. Guests can relax here all day. Also, at the hut on the beach is a Thai massage service.
Al’s Resort, still in its first year of operation, has 4 Sea View rooms and 14 Deluxe rooms. With green lawns and trees, guests can enjoy their stay in a different atmosphere. There is also a seaside restaurant serving Thai and Western food like the two other places and also a massage service like Al’s Hut.
